Exchange Policy

MB SCENTSATIONS will surely exchange any product if it is found to be wrongly delivered instead of actual order, under the following conditions;

  1. Product must be in the original condition.
  2. Product must be unopened and unused.
  3. Product must be sent back within 10 days.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.

How do I exchange product?

Here are some of the ways by which you can exchange product;

  1. Email us at mbscentsations@gmail.com to request exchange with complete details.
  2. State the complete details of products you ordered also give your order number.
  3. Give the details of order you have received.
  4. Dispatch or send the product back to us in its original sealed packaging at our given address at your own expense.

Non-Returnable Products:

Remember the products which are used and opened are not returned or refunded at any cost. MB SCENTSATIONS will not accept return products, such as;

  1. If shipping box is opened or damaged by the customer’s side.
  2. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale products or gift cards.

Order Cancellation:

If you want to cancel your placed order, let us know within 24 hours. Cancellation of orders depends on whether your order has been dispatched or not. For cancellation of order, contact us on WhatsApp at +923344123911 immediately, if your order has been already dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it.
