We strive to ensure our customer’s satisfaction, if you are not completely pleased with the things you received, let us know. We have a 10-days return and refund policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your order to request a return and refund. Do remember, the products which are used and opened are not returned or refunded at any cost. Please review our return & refund policy below;

Return & Refund Policy:

MB SCENTSATIONS will surely return or refund any product if it is found to be damaged, under the following conditions;

1. Product must be in the original condition.
2. Product must be unopened and unused.
3. Product must be sent back within 10 days.
4. The proof of purchase and its receipt is also needed to claim refund amount.

How do I return product?

Here are some of the ways by which you can return damaged or faulty product;

1. Take clear images of products that are found damaged.
2. Email us at mbscentsations@gmail.com to request return with complete details.
3. Dispatch or send the product back to us in its original sealed packaging at our given address at your own expense.

How do I get a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded after selecting refund method with you.

NOTE

MB SCENTSATIONS reserves the right to refuse returns requested or sent outside the set deadline, or for items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
